Ok, I've decided to do a hub, I hope is a little different than the usual, about death, yes death, now bear with me. Yes we all no death is morbid, most of us have been effected by death at some time, but this hub is here not to be morbid, not to be sad etc. but on a lighter note, I'm going to give you my top 10 songs or pieces of music I would like to hear, just as the lights are about to go out, just at that moment, your last breath, you're fading, Whether you have been ran over, dying of disease, drowning, burning, exploding we will have that split second moment.So, I've been thinking, what song I would like to hear as I pass, and I would like to call it say, my movie moment.

Yes, my movie moment, you know, in the movies, when someone is about to die, and there will be music playing, Well I've put together my top 10 tunes, music that has been with myself all my life, full of memories good and bad, and also the point of this hub also is maybe it will introduce people to new bands or music, I always love when I find new music, music that gets me excited, and these are just my selection, so If you read this hub, please leave a comment with your number 1 song to die too ha, and maybe I'll find some new music from your own choice.

I'm also going to put up the video of each tune, and a quote from my favourite writers about death. So, relax for a moment, stop what your doing, trying to make money, writing a book, whatever it may be, take a break, and crank up these tunes. Yes, music to die too, and don't be afraid, were born to die, and die to be born, or something like that lol, enjoy the music and quotes.

Number 10. The Doors- Riders On The Storm

Yes, In at 10, Good oul Jim and the Doors, from LA Woman, music I've have grown up with and has changed my life. Absolutely love The Doors, and what a tune to hear before you kick the bucket, from start to finish, classic.

I would have Elizabeth Fraser sing to me 24/7. What an amazing voice, a great 80's band and a great song from the album Blue Bell Knoll, beautiful way to go.

 Love my Reggae, and this is another band I grew up with on the streets of Dublin. Nice mellow track, I love it, From a great album called Signing Off. Peaceful ahhhh!

Who doesn't know this track must live under a rock. I love my jazz the way I love my poetry, fanatically, and this track from the genius album Time Out, always puts a smile on my face. From the drum beat at the start, to the last beautiful instrumental, ah ! bliss.

My favourite singer of all time, Luke Kelly with the greatest voice I've ever known. A fellow Dublin man, in a Irish traditional group called The Dubliners, whom I grew up with again., and this is my favourite song. An old poem with amazing writing, and the video accompanying it was the last time Luke performed before he died. Listen and love.

Oh yes what a track to kick the bucket too, and what an artist and great underrated poet. I'm a Bob Marley fanatic, and love to read his lyrics, amazing when you read them on paper. And the very start of this track is pure magic.

 Oh yes down to the final 4, and what a 4 we have. Now this track, this is Clint Mansell's masterpiece composition, made famous in the movie " Requiem For A Dream" one of my favourite movies, and what a piece of music. I have chosen this performance over the original by the great Kronos Quartet, whom I seen in Canada and where amazing, and what a piece of music. Now, I,ve also put the video in for the Kronos Quartet playing Flugufrelsarinn by Sigur Ros, watch the video, it's amazing and the music is beautiful, I just couldn't chose between them.  One of the greatest albums of all time " Carboot Soul" and this is one of my all time favourite tracks I never tired of listening to, absolutely amazing. I can picture been on my death bed, closing my eyes and the beat kicking in, superb.

 Well what can I say about my number 2. For anybody who knows the music of Sigur Ros, know they have many epic tunes, so many masterpieces, but I think this is my favourite. If I was fading away and this is what I could hear, I'd be a very happy lad. Such an atmospheric tune, beautiful and serene.

Oh yes, my number one tune I want to head off in to the dust with and yes, what a track to die to. It's a pure send off tune, the only way to go, in the party mode, rocking your way to death Primal scream style, a track from the great album "Screamadelica. Hope you enjoy these tracks.
